Partial Planning

Design Package

Starting at $1500

Planner to manage wedding plans that you have started 45 days before the wedding date
Event Coordinator to attend and coordinate rehearsal
Manage wedding vendors (day of wedding) per your instructions
Examine your plans and help finalize all wedding details and logistics for the big day on anything you may be forgetting
Finalize and help seek any additional vendors still needed to facilitate the wedding day
Walkthrough of the venue to execute a floor plan of the wedding
Manage the wedding party, and décor setup at ceremony and reception sites (day of the wedding) per your instructions
Organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests

Guiding you in finding the right vendors for your wedding day
Be available to consult with vendors on design and décor
Be available to look over all vendor contracts and ensure they deliver exactly what you want
Be a liaison between you and your vendors in the final 4 weeks
Knowing when deposits and final checks are due and making sure the vendors are paid
Unlimited phone and email access
